Never had any problems getting appointments or dealing with their staff everyone was friendly and attentive.

Terrible! Do not go here!

I would never use them again. They're staff abused me, made my blood pressure go up, treated me like dirt and would not let me talk to the doctor. Long story short, I am making a formal complaint to the state health department regarding my experience.

This patient took care of my relative and never referred to specialist or followed up on her health problems. Always check your medical and hospital bills for extra charges!!!

Dr. Abinales and her husband Dr. Abinales were rude to me on the phone about a seriously ill elderly family member. I am a nurse an know for a fact that my relative was never referred out to specialists when needed and Dr. Abinales did NOT come to the hospital to see my relative for 2 days after she admitted her!! I took her out of the hospital and found her a new Doctor. Find a competent Doctor and always ask questions!! Elderly people should consider Geriatric Doctors also.....

Dr. Abinales office does not return calls nor provide the results of lab work. After repeated messages left with a receptionist named Nina-still nothing. I even resorted to calling in on their emergency after lines to get a call back. The Dr. and her husband, who practices in the same office, called back and apologized saying repeatedly that they did not get my call. They promised to call the next day. They have not called. I am basically trying to pay them for a bill that I owe, and they will not call back to provide an amount due nor to provide lab results, etc... Steer clear of this office. To make things worse, their staff submits incorrect coding to the insurance company-so have fun paying out of pocket for someone elses mistakes.
