Worst gyno experience, she has no bedside manner, acted like she was bored & didn't want to be there. I had just moved to the area, last year I was diagnosed with osteoporosis & told to have another bone density this year. She didn't want to talk about it, said she didn't do osteoporosis because men can have it too, I should talk to my GP. Every Gyno I've ever seen was very concerned about women's bone health. Then came the billing issue, they billed it incorrectly & insisted I had to pay it, instead of filling it correctly. So I got to make 5 calls to the unpleasant billing supervisor. Stay away unless you enjoy being treated badly from the receptionist to the billing department.

I liked Dr.Pamela Smith she is very good at.what she does and really cares for her patients and there well being.

I have always been in and out and Dr. Smith has been wonderful every time.

I would recommend her to anyone! She's professional yet relate-able and down to earth!

My first visit at this office was in Mid Dec. I am very disappointed! The exterior of the building is beautiful, but the office is crappy, bland and looks like it needs a good steam cleaning with bleach and brillo pads! The office staff is stupid, rude and lazy! They act like you are bothering them by just being there. I felt as respected as a herd of cattle! The people sitting in the waiting room looked like they all belonged on Cops or the Jerry Spring Show. It was embarrassing! Now it's been three weeks since my pap and I still haven't received my results, nor a phone call. When I called today to check, the triage nurse (also rude, stupid and lazy) told me she would try to find my results and hopefully would call me back tomorrow. She didn't even ask me for my birthdate or my phone number to call me back??? I have never seen anything like this. I'm 100% certain they'll be closed in a year!
