Dr. Gilmer knows what she's doing and is friendly. She set me at east about my concerns. She even called me after hours, after she received my old biopsy report to talk with me about it and set up an ultrasound just to ensure everything is okay. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a great ENT physicians

Dr. Gilmer, is no nonsense, competent, professional in attitude, and has a great deal of self confidence and grace, as she achieves her end result. I had a parathyroid adenoma removed and it was over with, and no pain, just uncomfortable for a week and she said it would be, she was right on. No pain medication was necessary even though she made sure I had what I needed in case. I have a very small incision site, and at 30 days out, barely perceivable there was surgery at all. I feel 100% and look forward to getting back to the gym! Dr. Patricia Gilmer MD is a stellar surgeon and a caring Dr. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone! Her staff is wonderful, encouraging, and all of them, no really, all of them are very sweet.! You won't have staff difficulties here.

Dr. Gilmer is as good as it gets. She explained my surgery in full and explained all the things that can happen. She put me at complete ease, and that is no small task. My thyroid was 8 times the size of a normal one and yet she managed to get it through a very small incision. After 3 weeks post op I can hardly even see the scar. I would recommend Dr. Gilmer with an A+ and her staff was wonderful.

Dr. Gilmer is extremely patient-oriented. She is thorough in her explanations and thoughtful in her decisions. She makes the smallest, least noticeable incisions and they heal better than if done by a plastic surgeon! Her staff is excellent as well, she clearly chooses them carefully.

Dr Gilmer and her team exceeded my expectations in all areas. Her honest genuine and friendly approach made me feel at ease during the entire surgical process. She has the great ability of getting to the point without being short. Sharon in the back office was also especially friendly and helpful. The front desk staff were very nice, but the nurse, ugh so terrible and rude. Very terse. I wouldn't recommend as quality of a nurse makes a huge difference in patient experience.

The staff here is just plain rude, short, awful and abrasive. Choose else where if you can!

Dr. Gilmer has seen me and one of my children. I would highly recommend her to anyone. Her manner inspires confidence and leaves the patient with a lingering sense of satisfaction that one's medical needs have been well met.
