Dr. Patricia Kaye Perry, MD

I saw Dr. Perry to evaluate some suspicious moles. She not only looked at my moles, but looked at every inch of my skin. She made recommendations for various skin issues, discussed my medications and how they affect my skin, she discussed a healthy option for breakfast. She saw me as a whole person, not just a person with a mole. They do not make doctors like this anymore. She spent TIME with me. I have never left a doctor's office wanting to go back soon! I would refer anyone to her.

On my Doctor's recommendation, I saw Patricia Perry, MD. The staff was great. Very welcoming . I was very impressed with the full examination Dr. Perry gave me. Not only did she find the problem, she solved it. Within a week, the problem was gone and has not come back. Five stars for Dr. Perry and her staff !

I agree with Sean H. regarding the office staff. I haven't even been there and when I called to make my initial appointment at 9:25 A.M. I said, It is 9:25 and the office is supposed to be open, I will call back. Shortly afterward I received a call from what I suppose is a receptionist, and the first thing she told me was that I was rude for saying what I did. Really? She said that they only have two phones etc. and that they were busy when I called. Since I have never been there how was I supposed to know they are understaffed and inadequate. Usually when I call a doctors office and the office staff is busy, they at least put whomever they are talking to and answer and ask if I can hold. My calls have NEVER been ignored and they certainly didn't call me rude. If anyone was being rude it was the office staff person who ripped me a new one! What a way to make an impression on a new patient.

Dr. Perry has an exceptional bedside manner and took the time to explain in detail what was going on with me and what my options were. I also received a follow up phone call from her a couple of weeks later to check on my condition. She is very straightforward, calm, and friendly. I highly recommend her!

I have to fault the doctor for having such a rude staff. Every time I visited, they would say, "Oh, don't worry about paying now, we'll bill the insurance." I knew I had a 20% copay but at the end of the year, I got a bill for over $1000!!! The insurance company had paid the doctor direct on some bills and then refused to pay the rest. I tried to get the doctor's billing firm AND the doctor's office to just bill my part the same way they accepted payments for the parts that the insurance paid them, but they refused. I have been around and around with them for over a year to get this fixed but they refuse. The doctor was fine, but don't go here because the staff will screw you.
