Always timely. Friendly, Interested in my well-being. I have gone to her for 25 years. I refer my friends to her also.

Dr Patricia Sarkar has been my Dr for several years and I drive over 45 minutes to see her. I totally recommend her, she has helped me so much.

Highly recommend this Dr. Completely misdiagnose and getting in correct treatment. Dr. Darker saved my life and better yet helped me to establish insight. Right diagnosis. Right treatment. Right Dr. Cannot thank her enough for her efforts.

I saw Dr. Sarkar for five years. Everything was complicated. Making appointments, getting follow ups...Sadly the staff is always influx. Sarkar has never kept the same front office for more than 3 months. Dr Sarkar has extremely poor bedside manners. In reflection the last five years of my life became more complicated under her care and poor diagnosis/prescriptions. Glad I moved on. Please research this Dr... I am certain she maybe a good fit, for a few. If you see her you are likely to have more frustrations then resolutions.

The staff is beyond less than stellar. I mean, good luck calling them and talking to a person the first go round. Or even the second go round. Once you're in the office it is frustrating trying to just check in because the staff ignores you because they're on the phone, or complaining to other staff about the "ridiculous call" they just had, which is fine, but keep it on your own time. Dr. Sarkar is a very intelligent physician. She is able fully explain anything to you, to your knowledge level, about your condition and anything in between. I'd just recommend not holding the staffs incompetence against Dr. Sarkar.

HORRIBLE doctor who puts the lives and health of patients at risk in order to make a buck.

This doctor lacks competency. She cannot answer basic questions about how psychiatric medicine works. She gave me a terse, jargon-filled answer, and didn't explain any further. I tried to get her to elaborate. It was like pulling teeth! She wondered why I was asking, implied that it was too difficult to understand, and never did provide a decent answer. I have seen Dr. Sarkar for several years, and never once has she followed up on an appointment. It is hard to get medication. Even when your medication can be mailed to your home, Dr. Sarkar refuses to allow it. She doesn't trust that patients will keep their appointments, so she makes them pick up their medication from her office. This is clearly patronizing. Also, you cannot leave a voice mail after hours; you have to call when the office is open. Furthermore, they may not return your phone call. I referred someone to Dr. Sarkar, and she was unable to get an intake appointment after calling several times because she was never… called back. Dana, one of her office staff, can be rude. For example, she pointed out that I was late even though it was only by five minute (and I spent about 20 minutes waiting). The only nice person there is Cathy, the other office staff employee.
