Dr. Patrick Joseph Chiles, MD

Dr Chiles is a great doctor, and the nicest person too. He really cares, and takes time to listen to how you are feeling. He is a compassionate and empathetic Dr, and he is a phenomenal person and doctor.

Amazing doctor. Knowledgable and patient with all my questions. Would definitely return to him if I have more issues.

I feel blessed to have been referred to Doctor Chiles at Syracuse ENT. He's corrected two issues that I've dealt with for decades and I now bring both of my children to him. The title says says it all - skilled, honest, a great personality.

Unable/unwilling to try to find a solution to my medical issue. I went to another ENT who finally did a biopsy. Will never go back to Dr. Chiles again.

Dr Chiles and his staff are very friendly yet very proffessional! Dr. Chiles has gone above and beyond to try to solve or maintain my complex health issues. He is very knowledgable and if he does not know the answers he will talk to other Drs.to get other opinions. He even showed up to visit me at the hospital on a holiday that he was not working because he felt bad that I had to spend it there. He truly cares about his patients!

I was afraid to take the step for surgery but it was necessary. Dr. Chiles explained everything thoroughly, answered a ton of questions without rushing and everything he said it would be it was. I think the world of this doctor.

I have been experiencing on and off hearing loss and vertigo along with it. Getting back in to see him has been a challenge. His staff calls back at the end of the day and if you miss the call your out of luck until the following day. Than the process starts over, you call leave a message and wait until the end of the day for a follow-up call! My GP sent a request over that never was received and as well, I believe they're office equipment isn't working correctly and they had to finally call them and give them a hard line fax to send on.. These are not big problems and have easy fixes, the question is will they fix it!! I also feel like I need them to be more customer oriented jumping through fire hoops for and appt. That they feel is not the same problem, (vertigo and hearing loss) makes it difficult to really want to go there. Looking at the big picture, I'm on my 4 th visit with no diagnosis, $50 bucks every time the door swings open not to mention what the insurance company is… being billed. I guess I'm frustrated! I'm going in for my next visit and hopefully we will learn something!

Some doctors make everything easy.I wish I had found this place before. I feel much better and will not need anything further.
