Really think this Dr. needs to be not allowed to treat his women patients like he does.Very nasty bed side manner.Darn right obnoxious.Would not trust him either he says one thing then writes down something totally different.

Dr. Pat Carey accepted my 92 yr old mother as his patient without hesitation. She has severe carpel tunnel syndrome, complicated by arthritis and muscle deterioration. Dr. Pat suggested injections to relieve the pain (mom HATES NEEDLES), but because he was so caring, accommodating and kind, she endured. She now looks forward to seeing him regularly for shots. NEVER HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH HIM OR HIS STAFF!

I visited Dr. Carey due to a running injury. My foot would star going numb after about 20 minutes due to muscles in my ankle swelling; no pain involved. He brought in 2 others to consult with him, but they didn't provide any opinions. After about 10 minutes he told me it was either a stress fracture or compartment syndrome, noting that I did not have any of the normal symptoms for either. I saw another doctor the next week and he immediately determined it was a biomechanics issue. This doctor caused me severe stress and anxiety on top of a nearly $500 bill. I have never been so disappointed by a doctor in my life. I stress to anyone who is considering going to him to not waste your time.

I was an extensive distance runner throughout my twenties, thirties and forties before developing cartilage concerns in my knees. Dr. Carey worked on both my knees with same day arthroscopy surgery. I am now pain free but had to change my exercise routine from mostly running to gym workouts, walking and bicycling.

THIS DOCTOR MADE A MISTAKE ON A HIP REPLACEMENT OF A FAMILY MEMBER LEAVING ONE LEG PARYLIZED, INCONTINENT AND BED RIDDEN FOR THE REST OF HER LIFE. HE WILL NOT RELEASE ANY OF HER MEDICAL RECORDS FOR SECOND EVALUATION BY ANOTHER DOCTOR PATIENT CAN ONLY BE MOBILE BY AMBULANCE STRETCHER FOR ANY DR. VISITS COSTING A FORTUNE.
