Dr. Patrick R Knight, MD

Went for several visits to see Dr Knight about a recurring hip issue. Could hardly walk and was in severe pain. He took an X-ray and said nothing was wrong. I asked for an MRI but was told I didn’t need one. Needing relief I went to another doctor 2 weeks later to find out (after they did an MRI) that in fact my hip had been bone on bone for some time and had developed bone cysts. I have since had a total hip replacement and am doing fine. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this quack to anyone!

I had gone to the ER 2 weeks before seeing himbecause I could hardly walk and didn't know why. The hospital said I had a heel spur and referred me to him. When Dr knight walked into the room he was extremely rude and asked me why I bothered going to the ER, 60-70% of people get heel Spurs. Then he was very smug telling me that the only thing to do is heel pads and if that doesn't work you will get shots in your heel and with a slight grin told me that I didn't want that to happen cause it will hurt ( still smiling). I have a lot of other medical problems and get injections in my back, foot and ankle... So I told him that I handle injections pretty good if it came down to that. He threw his hands up in the air and said"well what do you need me for then" and left the room. He just made a bunch of money off of me and insulted me the whole time ( which didn't even last 5 minutes)! The absolute worse doctor I've ever had, will never go back.

I was sent to him after a car wreck that messed up my knee. I went in with hopes of being helped. Instead I was called a liar, and he made me feel stupid. “Just because you say it hurts doesn’t mean anything is wrong”. “I’ll preform surgery but just to show you that you’re fine”. He told me continually nothing was wrong and made me cry. I eventually got the courage up to go to another doctor who was wonderful and found out that my knee was not fine or “perfect” and I actually required surgery because of cracked cartilage & built up scar tissue. This doctor is horrible and will make you feel stupid. Don’t go to him.

Dr. Knight evaluated me for a small, full thickness rotator cuff tear. He was straghtforward, to the point, and no-nonsense. His experience and attitude gained him my trust. I am very pleased with his professionalism, and the entire experience was as good as a doctor visit can get.

My husband, Cliff needed knee replacement surgery this past summer 2013. This process is a family affair as the patient needs support and help. We were made comfortable at office visits with Dr. Knight and his staff. All of our questions were answered and there were times we needed to call the office and found the staff always helpful. Dr. Knight is very professional at all times and genuinely cares about his patients in his office and at the hospital. Cliff and I always felt that we were in good hands. Cliff's surgery was successful as well as therapy afterwards. We followed Dr. Knight's instructions and this led to a good outcome. We would recommend Dr. Knight to anyone needing knee replacement surgery. Our area is fortunate to have a doctor of this calibur.

I think Dr. Knight is great as a doctor. I had a knee replaced four years ago andhe was very good in the follow up and treatment after surgery. I am seeing him now for a torn rotory cuff mucsle.

was great with my husband's hip replacement surgery. he diagnosed me with greater trochanter bursitis. Sometimes he is a little quick to get out of the room but he has treated me well and is helping me. he was perfect with my husband.
