Dr. Patrick Michael Quinn

I had had a Stress test, treadmill. I'm 76 years old, had polio as a child causing problems with my legs and feet. Hard to walk, plus have breathing problems. I was unable to go all the way on the treadmill. He said," see you couldn't finish the test, do you know what that means?" He stated, " I was out of shape." ( I go to Silver Sneakers 3 times a week). Then he said, see you in a year. Nothing else! I moved here in May last year, before that seen a Cardiologist in San Luis Obispo, Ca. 4- 5 times a year. Have a blockage in my heart, I also have pulmonary problems and diabetes type 2. I also had breast Ca. and had radiation, and chemo med. But Dr. Quinn dismissed me like I was nothing.

Highly encourage you to consult with Dr. Pat. I see many different physicians due to my health and he is at the top. Very caring and thoughtful about my conditions and concerns. Explains everything the way you can understand it.

Very efficient and professional staff. They have gone out of their way to assist me every time I have needed them. Cannot say enough good things about Dr Quinn! Compassionate, caring, accommodating, and he even listens!

Dr. Quinn needs to improve on his listening skills. He tends to cut you off. I felt I was with a lawyer rather than a cardiologist. His main focus is his liability insurance rather than the patient.

Dr Quinn provided medical care to my mother-in-law during a recent stay at Banner Boswell in Sun City. Mom was having a number of health issues that family members had long believed would improve if she received a pacemaker. Dr Quinn was the first and only doctor to not only consider the pacemaker, he SUGGESTED it! Dr Quinn gets my vote for outstanding medical provider for his forward thinking approach, his compassion and his respect for a senior patient, and their family.
