I have waited over an hour on more then one occasion to see the doctor. I have NEVER been seen within 30 minutes of my appointment time. The doctor talks about himself and his family too much during my appointment and then charges me for an extended visit :( Finding another doctor....

They make sure to highlight the discreet facility and staff, location, and, the name of his practice; in one way by referring to patients as "VIP" as if that takes the burn of $150 each monthly visit. Otherwise he is a perfectly good Dr. for all things considered and if you need Suboxone he is certified. He is invested in his patients, seemingly more so than some others. Although, of course @ $150! for less than an hour, on most times, WHAT MORE would it take to get your Dr. to actually CARE and be invested in their patient. They do good work THO you WILL PAY for the discreetness and personalized care as they don't take any insurance. Other than that this Dr. is by all means intelligent, understanding, and, caring in the way only a Dr. can. Yet, somewhere I think there IS a Dr. who truly can empathize better. Still it's hard thing as the documentary "Money Driven Medicine," shows how America's medical system has been Industrialized, Dr.'s who accept insurance are NOT paid by TIME SPENT… with patients, rather they are paid by "units of care", i.e. routines, procedures, tests, lab work, and, so on, where it can be "measured" in some sorts the amount of work a Dr. does. I ramble though I'd recommend Dr. Hennessey ANY day for those who CAN AFFORD IT and who need specialized treatment, such as, substance abuse and pain management, so on.
