Dr. Patrick F. Timmins IIi, MD

I was referred to Dr Timmins by my GYN, as I had a history of cancer and would possibly need surgery. My husband and I appreciated his easy to understand options, and professionalism. We had complete faith in him after first visit. Surgery diagnosed no malignancy. I would certainly recommend him!!!!!

I was referred to dr. Timmons hours doctors in Glens Falls. I knew nothing about the man but put my total trust in him. He had to do DaVinci robotic surgery and they had detected cancer in my whole reproductive system. A 2-hour operation turned out to be for but he got it all! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for the best surgeon around.

Dr Timmins performed a total abdominal hysterectomy .Dr Timmins was empathetic and kind. He took his time listening . I was very pleased wit Dr Timmons and his staff. I was treated with respect and consideration. I also found the staff to be very helpful with my paperwork for disability and always received a call back When I would call with a question. My questions were always answered promptly. I highly recommend this group to anyone who needs a GYN oncologist my experience was excellent

Dr Timmins performed a total abdominal hysterectomy several years ago. I had a 5.5 lb uterine fibroid and a history of complications. Dr Timmins was empathetic and kind. He took his time listening to my concerns and fears. He did his very best to make me feel comfortable and less apprehensive. Not only was the surgery successful, but he managed to perform the surgery without cutting my abdomen from top to bottom. ( which was the original plan) I found him to be caring and attentive post op as well. Would recommend to anyone.

3 1/2 years ago I was diagnosed with Stage 4 Endometrial Cancer. Dr.Timmins saved my life. He and his entire staff were all ecellent in caring for me during surgery and several months of chemotherapy. I remain disease free!

Great Doctor has become almost a part of the family. He takes the time to answer all of my questions and reassured me before surgery by explaining everything clearly.

Dr. Timmins was awesome! At 42 I was diagnosed with a very rare form of mesothelioma and he AND the other staff were exceptionally helpful. Thankyou to him and all his staff for doing what they do. I have much respect for what they do and how they do it.

I believed to be in good hands with Dr.Timmins as my Gyneocological Oncologist. He has a lot of credentials but very poor bedside manner. After going through a very big ordeal of being diagnosed with what was thought to be placenta percreta and having an emergency c-section due to Hemmorage Dr.Timmins performed my emergency hysterectomy in which he inadvertantly cut my bladder. i understand this is a known risk with a hysterectomy. But even after mistakingly damaging one of my vital organs he failed to listen to me after surgery. The day after surgery he came in to see how I was Dr. Timmins asked me how I was doing. I replied with I cant do this Im in so much pain. In which Dr. Timmins replied you have to do this you just had major surgery your going to be in pain. I pleaded with him that i was in too much pain and something was wrong. He dismissed my concerns and with his cocky arrogance walked out. Well I shouldnt have to had dealt with that pain because the pain I felt was both… of my Ureters were damaged and collapsed causing my urine to back flow to my kidneys causing my kidneys to swell. That swelling and back flow then caused me to have to under go another surgery to place ureter stents to release the urine that would eventuallly cause a pelvic absess and sepsis. After making a mistake Dr.Timmins didnt even take the time to make sure I was OK leaving me with inadversable damage. You can be a great Dr. on record but stink in real life. I find him to be too self absorbed and too cocky. If you can avoid him at all cost and find someone who truly cares.
