Dr. Patrick H. Zimmerman, MD

My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Patrick Zimmerman for the past 7 years. We no longer live close to the West Jordan Clinic, but we have kept him as our doctor as we have both been very pleased with the level of care he gives. I was saddened to read that not everyone has had this same experience with him. We will continue to drive down from Park City to seek his care!

My name is Damon t and I can honestly tell u Patrick Zimmerman is the best doc I have ever seen the night that I visit in him he definitely took a personal interest in what I had going on and sincerely tried to help me completely he completely handed his heart and expertise out to see if we could tackle the issues I was having and he was definitely a tremendous help in my life on a professional level and personal level. I plan to get back in touch with him to be my permanent health care provider. He is the only doc I've ever met that really cares and Love's what he does for a living

I have been seeing Dr. Zimmerman for 4-5 years and he was OK at first, but over time his level of caring has declined significantly. I recently visited him for a potentially life threatening situation. After visiting with the Medical assistant, he came in. He spent less than 30 seconds asking clarifying questions and less than a minute examining me, submitted an order referring me to a specialist and then excused him self. Less than 5 minutes total time with me. I wanted to ask a couple of questions about a previous visit, but his demeanor made it clear that he did not have time, so I did not even try to ask. I have a couple other issues with him. He seems almost exclusively concerned with treating symptoms rather than trying to find the cause to problems. When he orders tests done, I never get any detailed feedback. Just a very short call from a medical assistant. Zero follow through unless I initiate it.

I feel this doctor is the best doctor I have had. It is a little hard getting in to see him, he is booked up for a couple of week, so plan ahead on medications.

I moved to Utah with an array of medical issues. I made appt with dr for a physical and to establish ongoing relationship. He spent as much time as I needed. I came with a list of my issues and he addressed each one. He ordered consultation and tests while in the exam room with me. I have not yet had tests so can't comment on follow up. S far so good. My husband is seeing him too.

Don't waste your time! He doesn't listen to what you have to say, and retrieving test results is like pulling teeth! Looking for new Dr.

Don't go to this guy. He is terrible.
