Dr. Patti Ann Flint, MD

I was VERY dissatisfied with the results of my 2014 abdominoplasty by Dr. Patti Flint. Other reviews say how nice the staff was and how Patti answered all their questions, but what about the results? I went back several times in the year and a half following my surgery and she superficially (and unsuccessfully) attempted to correct her mistakes. 2” long vertical scar, dog ears, huge bulge above my alien looking belly button. Dr. Flint refused to take responsibility, instead she said Ij had poor skin elasticity” and in her notes after one followup, states “tight skin shouldn’t be part of expected outcome”. Really? It’s a tummy tuck! Finally, in 2021 and 2022 I had two surgeries with the Botched TV snow doctor who completely fixed everything, giving me an outstanding result, noting that he found the previous sutures were unraveled causing the 8cm diastasis rectus. He said that if she was a nice person, she’d give me my money back. I asked. She refused.

I had an awful experience with plastic surgeon Patti Flint and her aesthetician Angella. Patti and her aesthetician claim to remove tattoos with their micro needling machine. This is not the case!! This is a complete waste of your time and money!! It costs $200 per treatment. Typically you need around 3 treatments waiting a period of 3-4 weeks in between. I had 3 treatments and there is ABSOLUTELY NO difference. Also, your skin is red and irritated, and it peels continuously for the few weeks in between treatments. This procedure does NOT work!!! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY LIKE I DID! Patti Flint is an awful plastic surgeon to charge hundreds of dollars to her patients and not deliver them any sort of improvement. Just take their money and say we can guarantee our work. Patti has made several of the same comments to her several poor yelp reviews. If you read her comments she says: Sorry to hear you had an unpleasant experience. Or sorry to hear your experience did not… exceed your expectations. Or I’m deeply disappointed if you had a bad experience with us. It makes me sad. NO IT DOESN’T. She does not give a crap!!! She just takes your money and says I’m sorry you did not like our work! Please!!

I am delighted to be giving the highest rating and writing an uber-glowing review of my experience with Dr. Patti Flint and her amazing staff. I spent many years just "dealing with" what I truly considered "botched" breast augmentation results - uneven, misshapen, and overall unattractive to me. As the years passed, I feared that I would never again look "normal", balanced. I finally decided enough was enough and set about researching the best female plastic surgeons that received "Top Doc" awards in the past few years when my research took me directly to Dr. Flint's website. Come to find out she has more than a dozen prestigious awards, and I can now say that am living proof that she deserves all of those awards - and more. And, her staff deserves major kudos. I am extremely pleased with my results, and I felt very comfortable from the initial consultation, through the surgery, and the recovery as well. Dr. Flint and her staff are true professionals that are very supportive and… caring. I highly recommend Dr. Flint for anyone in need of a high-quality, board certified plastic surgeon. Please don't wait - call for a consultation. You won't regret it. p.s. regarding wait time, I never waited more than 1-2 minutes before being taken back, and Dr. Flint was always very prompt, attentive, and professional.

Dr Patti Flint , not only changed my life , she may have even saved it! I have 100% complete faith in Dr Patti Flint, she is no nonsense and does not take any chances or cut any corners. Dr Patti was available pre-op and post-op for any and all questions and never beats about the bush. She is straight forward and honest . I chose to stay over night in the surgery center because I had five separate procedures done by Dr Patti at once. The night shift care I received there was very compassionate, patient, thorough, and attentive. Dr Patti is very thorough in your pre-op and post-op . I would describe her as professional, compassionate, and no -nonsense. She answers your questions directly and honestly and sugar coats nothing. Nothing and no one, not yourself included, will get in the way of you receiving the best care. In my opinion, that's the surgeon I want in my corner! During the post op care of my procedure, pathology reports came back positive for breast cancer. Dr… Patti was the one to break the news to me and never waivered in making sure I was referred to the best care . She stayed involved every step of the way and I had no doubt I was receiving the best medical advice and care. I had been considering my Tummy Tuck for about five years and had several consults over the years. I consulted with about five different surgeons, between California and Arizona. I knew without a doubt Dr Flint was the correct choice for me and scheduled that day. After my other consultations I was often left with questions and concerns and sometimes more confused. The staff at Dr Flint's office took before and after photos and I would have no problem with them sharing those with you. I believe the results I have now are far better than those pictures , as my healing has progressed.

I love everything about Dr. Flint and her staff! The first time I walked into her office I immediately felt cared about! They all truly care about their patients and handle everything with such professionalism. My results exceeded my expectations! I will definitely be back to see Dr. Flint for any future procedures!

After going to a few consults to other doctors, Dr. Flint stood out from the rest. Dr. Flint took the time to listen to my desires/concerns - my results are amazing and speak for themselves. Dr. Flint and her staff were simply amazing! The attention they gave me was 100%, made me feel comfortable, at ease and ensured that I was knowledgeable about the procedure I was interested in. They held my hand throughout the entire process and spoke to me as a friend rather than a stranger. I traveled to Scottsdale just to have Dr. Flint perform my procedure and I don't regret it in the least bit. Thank you Dr. Flint and all of the office staff. I love my new look!!!

I had an great experience with Dr. Flint. The results speak for themselves, as I couldn't be happier with how my body looks. The healing process was also very easy, much quicker and less painful than expected. The pain was minimal (at the most a 4 or 5 out of 10) and the scars are healing very nicely. Dr. Flint was very kind and at the same time very informative and made me feel very assured. Her staff and the nurses at the surgical facility were all kind and made me feel comfortable as well which is the most important part when going into a surgical procedure. I would recommend Dr. Flint for any of my friends, because she really knows how to create natural looking results! I am very happy I made the right decision and my body feels and looks better than ever.

I had a mommy makeover about a year ago, which included breast lift and augmentation, liposuction of the flanks, abdominal muscle repair and tummy tuck. Dr. Flint did an amazing job on me, and I couldnâ??t ask for better results. She is very professional, and knows what sheâ??s doing, so LISTEN TO HER! I followed all of her instructions, and it paid off, because my scars have faded to almost gone! I know part of my luck is genetic, but I also massaged them quite often (and still do), stayed away from smoking, drugs and alcohol and out of the sun (which can trap pigments in your scars when they are healing). Take care of yourself. Stay in bed after the surgery until cleared. Follow the doctorâ??s orders and with Pattiâ??s help, you will achieve the best results possible!

I wanted to give praise and a huge thank you for Dr. Flint. I just recently had rhinoplasty and a deviated septum correctly. First, let me tell you about myself. I am terrified of needles and pain. But, who really likes that? I have been talking to Dr. Flint about this issue for over 6 yrs and I finally did it. She was patient, caring and explained as much as I could handle (don't care for blood either) on the procedure. I went into Greenbaum Surgery Center (almost a hotel, which amazing staff). The worst part about this surgery was the IV (remember, I hate needles). There was very little pain and discomfort. I just felt like I had a bad head cold. That's really all. I went into my follow up appt after surgery today and things are looking great!. I know there are many Surgeons to choose from, especially in Scottsdale, AZ. But, let me tell you. You can't go wrong with Dr. Flint and her staff.
