I always thought these urgent care places were Doc in the Box. UW urgent care in Shoreline totally change my attitude. From the reception desk, where they showed me how to get in line for a walk in online to meeting dr. Malone and hair professional ness and there'll exam. Looking at my chart and thoroughly asking all the right questions. If my primary ever retires I will go to doctor Malone in a heartbeat

Dr Malone was very thorough in diagnosing my urgent care needs. She spent a lot of time with me and I would highly recommend her as a doctor. I am hoping to make her my primary care physician within UW physicians.

Needed a follow-up after an urgent care visit. Dr. Malone was prompt, easy to talk to, thorough in understanding the ongoing issue, and made certain all questions were answered.

Dr. Malone did not give a proper diagnosis or proper treatment. She had a horrible bedside manner and did not make time for her patient or spouse.
