Dr. Paul D. Abramson is the founder and Medical Director of My Doctor Medical Group, providing personalized primary medical care, urgent care, addiction treatment, and travel clinic services to San Francisco since 2007. He received his medical degree from the University of California San Francisco School of Medicine (UCSF). He is Board Certified in Family Medicine, Certified by the American Board of Addiction Medicine, completed a Residential Fellowship in Integrative Medicine with Dr. Andrew Weil's Center for Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona, and is on staff at California Pacific Medical Center.

I've been looking for a personal physician in SF for a while. Every one I tried was either too rushed, didn't listen, had obvious conflicts of interest (pharma), or pushed products on me (vitamins, botox, ...). Dr. Abramson is a straight shooter, smart, well-connected, and clearly works for me. He even makes house calls. And looks young enough that he'll probably outlast me.

I really can't recommend Dr. Abramson enough. He provides personalized service, true expertise, and a kind and articulate bedside manner. He does charge for his time but as a fellow professional I respect this approach and find it refreshing to have a doctor who works for me instead of some insurance company.

I met Dr. Abramson at California Pacific Medical Center when he admitted me admitted me for chest pain. He was kind, caring, and really pushed to get me the specialist treatment I needed. My family was really impressed by his bedside manner and thoroughness.
