Dr. Paul Sangyong Cha, MD

Dr Cha is my primary physician and is also for members of my family. He is very caring and his expertise is amazing. His office staff has improved greatly in the past year. Recommend him highly.

Dr Cha takes a genuine interest in his patients and puts his extensive knowledge of medicine to use successfully. Many members of my family are patients and I would recommend him highly.

He may be a good doctor but his wait time is ridiculous. Every time I take my mom we have to wait 1 hour maybe longer to be seen. This is unacceptable and frustrating for patients.

From the staff on front desk really unprofessional, rude and nasty way to talk to pacients. Front the past 4 yrs I was under the impression that he was a good dr. Until I request a letter stating my medical condition ,that when I started seen red flags. I decline the paper because he said he was unsure if that was my condition but I was under medication for that condition over a yr. When I request the medical record to be transfer they decline the record several times to my new doctor. I had to start a new record with my doctor due the issue was having with the office. Not recommend at all.

The nurses at Dr.Cha's office have extremely terrible attitudes to be in the field they are in! When I called and asked them for a referrel because of my pregnancy they had very nasty attitudes. Dr.Cha prescribed me birth control medication without taking the proper precautions, he didn't do a pregnancy test before prescribing me the medication, he drew blood and ran test and never called to inform me of my results. I'm preparing to change my doctor with my insurance after they have completed my last test.
