Dr. Paul Dura, MD

I have never been spoken to, by anyone, more FOUL MOUTHED AND RUDE, by a staff member of a doctor’s office on the phone in my life. I have dealt with More intelligent and much friendlier Foreigners at large call centers than Karen at this office. If you are so put out to do your job honey, maybe retire. First impressions are everything. I picture you as the miserable raspy opiate voiced, chain smoking wacko receptionist like in Beetlejuice, but with more of an old trailer park bar rag twist. Go unwad your bloomers and pop a Xanax, you miserable dog.

I have had Dr. Dura as a physician for many years and have found him to be outstanding in every way.

Don't go! The staff is so rude. You wait for 30min in their room but if you are 10 min late, they won't see you. Dr Dura is a drug pusher, his words, not mine. The pills help but he expects you to be on them forever. No real diagnosis there. He doesn't seem to want to help people but rather just push them through his office, like he does his pills. Please, just go somewhere else.

Waiting was over an hour. Bedside manner is rigid, robotic, pretty much as his personality is. Very condensending. Will never refer to anyone, and will never go back. He was definitely one of the worse doctors I have ever encountered.

He's a jerk.
