Awful office staff
The staff at Dr. Walkers office are disorganized and unprofessional. I received a phone call about records I requested for my son since I'm changing providers due to poorly managed allergic reactions. The phone was to tell me that I haven't picked up the records yet and that they were sending me to collection for $10 (apparently the fee for record request). First I was unaware of a fee. I then told the rude office woman that that was ridiculous and inappropriate since they are sending it to collection for something I had not received yet!!! Unbelievable. Glad I'm leaving.

Dr Walker is a thorough Dr if you don't mind waiting hours after your appointment to see him. I don't know if they overbook but every appointment we have had with him we wait in the room for at least an hour. I have to go out and ask the problem as the staff never checks in. When addressing the problem you get the brush off. A complete disregard to the patient.
