Dr. Paul B L'ecuyer, MD

Office staff is rude, arrogant, condescending, uncaring and unprofessional. I have made appointments twice only to arrive and be told very rudely that my appointment had been the day before. I was asked to “prove” when I had confirmed the appointment. When I suggested that the scheduler had made a mistake, another receptionist made a loud snorting sound. It was humiliating and degrading. Two other office people came to the desk and they all told me I had made the mistake. I lost my temper and walked out. Later I got a phone call from the office manager admitting they had made the mistake. Too little, too late. I will never go back. It was a horrible, degrading experience and a huge waste of my time.

Dr. L’Ecouyer has been my doctor for over 8 years.. The care and treatment I receive is top grade. By far a highly respected and knowledgeable physician! I have great trust and confidence in Dr. L’Ecouyer. These qualities are very important to me in a doctor.

He is a great doctor. I've been seeing him over 20 years. Very knowledgeable and cares about your well being.

I have been with Dr. L'Ecuyer since 1992 and he has always shown me great respect and shown me he was interested in my well being. I like the fact that he will let you know he does not know what is going on but he will also let you know he will find out. I have nothing but respect for him and would reccommend him to anyone who is interested in taking their health serious.i have been very sick a few times and hospitalized and he referred me with other doctors but he has always taken the head. Overall i can say i am very well happy with him. Thanks Dr L'Ecuyer for helping me stay well.

He is one of the worst doctors I have ever seen!!!!! I told him about some symptoms I have was having and asked if I might have a specific condition and he said, "You don't have that!" It turned out a did have a severe case of the disease. He did this with a few other issues. Of course, I no longer see him.

I was really disappointed about the doctor. He wasn’ able to cure my coughing problem after 3 visits with him plus two visits with the specialist that he recommended. Both him and the specialist that he recommended were putting their top assumption on asthma, which turned out to be negative even though I claimed many times that I don’t have asthma. Yesterday’s visit turned out to be a very unpleasant experience. I had developed some new symptoms of my coughing. I was trying to address it to the doctor so that it may become a clue leading to the real cause of my problem. But the doctor became very inpatient saying: “ it will be wasting both of our time if you keep repeating your question”. This sentence really hurted me a lot because it seems that the doctor only cares about his own value of time, but disregard the fact that his wrong assumption already caused his patient suffering from sickness for months.

I've been very impressed with both Dr. L'Ecuyer and his nurse practitioner, Calotta Taylor-White. I found them both to be very good. I would recommend them for sure to anyone.

Dr. Lecuyer spent the entire time of my visit typing on a lap top. He he asked some very generic questions, typed and then forgot what he asked. It was the strangest thing. He did not seem interested and very disconnected. I felt like someone going through an assembly line.

Does superficial exam, not through with ongoing problems. Mostly consults his computer.
