Greedy and just out to bill your insurance company. He did a CT scan and said its a sinus infection, wrote a medicine. Was talking from other corner of a room even with a COVID kit on. Then all of a sudden before leaving he decided to use the Nasal endoscope just so that he could bill $300. He didn't even do the complete endoscope procedure. I asked the billing lady what is this, this procedure was never done and these were her words "what he inserts in your nose for 2 seconds is what this is for". Is that a real doctor or a someone who just wants money?

Not only was the doc fantastic and compassionate but so was the staff! I couldn't ask to have found a better ENT practice to help me with all my needs. Thank you again for all your help!

Terrible office

I was suffering from vertigo and made an appointment for treatment. When I arrived a snippy medical assistant took me to the back office for a hearing test instead. It went downhill from there- and at the end of the day their facility didn’t even offer that treatment!? They referred me to another facility they partner with and then THEY canceled my appointment the next day? Who knows if the Dr. is good... but his staff and business model are not.

Dr. Lapco is a great doctor! He is very patient and listens to his patients all the time! He is able to perform procedures in the office that would normally have to go to the hospital. I had a procedure with him that another ENT told me I would have to have done at a hospital and I have had great results from Dr. Lapco's simple in office procedure! Thank you!!!

Dr. Lapco is very patient when treating his patients. He has a very comfortable demeanor about him and is always willing to help. Thank you for always helping me with my sinus issues.

Not only does the staff make you feel extremely comfortable when scheduling your appointment but they also are able to work with you schedule. The doc is great and has wonderful bed side manners. He was able to prescribe a easy medicine to help me with my symptoms.
