The docters there are excellent can not say that about the treatment from the others wprking under them. It gets really freaking old when 99% of the time you can not get a hold of a real person when you call. Horrible lazy unqualified secretary that always lets teh ansering machine answer her calls. Then you leave a message and 95% of the time that lazy cow wont get back to you. Dr. Montigney is very good at what he does to bad I will be serching for a new Dr. that has staff members that actually do their jobs. If you have really good patience and no job then this is a good fit for you because its a 24 hour task to get a hold of a human.

Patient for over 10 years. As others have noted: not cutting edge setting; excellent receptionist (Terry) and unfriendly nurse; low key doctor who takes his time, listens to patent, doesn't make snap decisions,is not at all arrogant, is not too quick with Rx pad, but sometimes may seem not fully up-to-date on current reasearch (something hard to do when primary care doc, however). Often get answering machine (they take long lunch breaks).

Office nurse is the ice queen. Don't know how someone so unkind can get into healthcare, or how she can stay employed. Unprofessional, no respect for patients with her rude comments.She is the reason we left the practice.

Staff: The receptionist is terrific. The Nurse, however, is unfriendly and does not put one at ease. The Office answering machine is often on making it difficult to get through to a human. Dr. listens, asks good questions, prescribes. He does not call with lab or other test reports...often have to make an appt. to learn about them. Follow up? The patient has to be assertive about it. There are other doctors in the office so a patient can always see a doctor even though your doctor is away from the office. This has been my experience so far and I hope it will be helpful to others.
