Dr. Phillips had reviewed, studied and analyzed all of my past records before I got in his office less than 24 hours after I scheduled an appointment. He has an innate ability to cut to the chase and diagnose the problem. The man is totally honest in his findings and assessment. He possess a brilliant intellect and of course years of experience diagnosing cardiovascular problems. He has a terrific personality as well, instilling confidence in his patients.

He is the best doctor I have ever seen in my life. He saved my dad's life for over three years before when my dad had a stroke. When My dad passed over the danger, he came out and hugged me. I still saw the sweat in doctor's face when he came out. I can tell he tried his very best. He impressed me and I can never forget him. Thank you Dr. Phillips!
