Main staff receptionist is extremely rude. Wait time can be excessive. Doctor is not open to suggestions from patient. Also does not read MRIs and relies on radiolologists reports for diagnosis and treatment. Very scary.

My experience with Dr. Roberts and his staff was excellent all around. He made me feel comfortable, and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend him, as he is thorough and competent.
