As a man, for several years I was reluctant to have face surgery, despite not being able to lose weight in my face, no matter what. When I finally called, with reluctance and great trepidation, Melissa immediately put me at ease and made it seem perfectly normal for me to have face surgery. When I showed up for my appointment, I was met by nurse Lindsey who became my ever-present supportive guide throughout the process. She literally made herself available 24/7 before and after my surgery and supported me throughout my healing process. Lindsey reassured me all along the healing process that everything I was experiencing was perfectly normal and I was healing properly. When I met Dr. Paul Gill, I was further put at ease by his genuine interest in my condition and intended outcome. Dr. Gill is a genuinely warm, personable, and professional doctor and I cannot recommend him highly enough. After my surgery, Lindsey literally met me at the door for my appointments. Also,… post-surgery, I had four appointments with Megan for lymphatic massage. Megan is a master at doing this work, to further the healing but what really stands out about her is her likeability is off the charts. We had many conversations about kids, schools, and her Cajun cooking. Ultimately, my intended outcome (fat face reduction) was accomplished in spades! I could not have imagined a better outcome; I look like I did 25 years ago! If I could give The Gill Center and all the staff 10 stars, I would! I could keep gushing, but words really don’t express how satisfied I am with my whole experience and outcome. I highly recommend The Gill Center! Plastic surgery is a very hard decision. From the moment you think about it you are apprehensive. Just getting up the nerve to visit is life changing. From the minute we hit the door my wife and I were instantly comforted by Lindsey Walsh. THE most amazing, caring, comforting nurse on the planet. Whatever nerves we had were swept away on the spot. It only got better from there with Dr. Gill. A genuinely caring Doctor who from the minute you meet him it's clear he not only knows what he is going but he cares about you even more as a person. Suffice to say, my wife's procedure was amazing and successful!!
