His "bedside manner" leaves a lot to be desired. Seems assuring himself of a bountiful retirement is priority over his patients. Not very communicative. Sad.

I was overbilled, being told that Blue Cross didn't cover a procedure (refraction) when in fact they did. I subsequently had to call Blue Cross and ask them to talk directly with the resistant receptionist. On the same visit I was erroneously given a refill prescription for one 30 day supply for Travatan drops rather than the customary 90 day, and am currently trying to get the Doctor's office to correct their error. The Doctor is an excellent opthamologist, but needs to take control of an arrogant and, too often, incompetent main secretary at the front desk. I'm seriously considering changing doctors.
