I have been a patient for many years. I showed up 10 minutes late and they refused to see me and was not able to reschedule my appointment. The front office staff was rude and disrespectful to my needs as a longtime patient. This disappointed patient will be finding a new doctor.

We paid all of our Office visits and they lost one of our payments. We did not keep the receipt for any of the office visits assuming they have records. Now they say we did not pay a $100 bill. They sent the Bill to collection agency and say we did not pay the $100. The staff used to be nice and they even said our bill was paid twice and now they are so rude and are not helpful.
