Rude and inconsiderate….Horrible bedside manners

She dismissed all of my concerns without really listening or asking any questions. Would not recommend. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I have been seeing Dr. H for about 19 yrs. She has been a wonderful, attentive, thorough pcp until this month. She's done caring for me now. I called her to ask for a prescription for an antidepressant. She wont get me the prescription until she sees me. I cant get to Park City because of the weather and my recent knee replacement surgery. I am looking for a new pcp per her suggestion.

Dr Haberman has been my Dr for 28 years. I have always had a good relationship with her. Recently I fell and tore my MCL. It is very painful and affects the way iwalk. She has chosen this time to cut off my pain meds Now that I need them the most. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I have even gone up to Park city every month to see her..

After 30 years in the medical industry (largely family practice) and 90 minutes with Dr. Haberman, I was unable to discern any appreciable knowledge base or area of expertise. She apparently disagrees with all of the other physicians I've seen in my 60 years. What was clear is that she would be an expensive Primary Care physician for patients to patronize and for insurance companies to pay for. Though I have received regular care over the years, there seemed to be no end to the battery of tests that she wanted me to take (none to address either of the two things I asked her to address) nor end to the specialists she wanted to refer me to. I went in for a "get established" PCP visit and asked that we address 2 ailments; hemorrhoids and left bicep pain, neither of which were addressed during the 90 minute visit despite multiple requests. Not exactly the diagnostic skill set that I'm looking for in a Primary Care practitioner, I'm afraid. I can put up with rudeness and arrogance,… but I was unable to pinpoint a discernible knowledge base. Referrals were the answer to anything I asked about and everything I didn't ask about.

Paula is honestly very thoughtful, considerate and mindful of her work. When I saw her I had an annual blood ck, and she assisted in referring me to a great physio for a sciatica (from a dismal 15hr flight). She is very thoughtful about her work, quite considerate, and refreshingly informative. She isn't flowery or fake, she is genuinely helpful. When my thyroid meds were 'unavailable' at the pharmacies..... she made the changes over the phone. Her team in Park City made sure she was informed, and there were prompt, re- liable solutions provided. She could be seen as a 'serious' doc - much appreciated in my experiences over 63 years.

Dr Haberman has taken care of my family since it's inception. She is knowledgeable yet personable, an exceptional Physician.

We have been going to Cottonwood Family Practice for 10 years but our doctor retired. We decided to stick with the office because they have generally been good with us. I made an appointment for a basic physical and they were GREAT to call get us in sooner. But on the day of my appointment I was running late I tried to call the office & my wife tried to call the office to notify them that I was running about 10 mins behind (like a responsible adult does). NO ANSWER we were both on hold for 10 MINUTES!! By then I had gotten there but Dr. Haberman informed me my appointment was cancelled at the minute I was tardy.....!!!!! UNBELIEVABLE! Sadly we will NOT be returning.

Dr Haberman has treated me and my familyplus other family members, she knows herstuff, listen = actively invovled in yourplan and does follow up calls, which is not to typical anymore.
