Dr. Payam approached my appointment with confidence and friendliness, It was about an hour drive to see this doctor but definitely worth it, I didn't wait longer then 2 minutes, I had dysport injections, it was completely painless. I will definitely make another appointment with him in the future.

Wish I had read reviews before going to him...the negative reviews are absolutely correct and I am willing to bet any positive reviews were written by his family/friends to make him look good (if he even has any friends). Absolutely arrogant, untrustworthy, clearly in it for the money, and complete lack of customer service skills. He deserves to have his license revoked and I regret setting foot in his office. Beware he is a con artist that only cares about your money! You are better off being treated by anyone else and I should have checked out other dermos instead of impulsively going to him. Current dermo is a million times more competent, caring, & honest. I won't mention his name I gave him his own positive review on his page so I'm not here to promote anyone else just trying to warn you ... ANY other dermo will be better than him....in fact a monkey would do a better job!

Best way to describe this Doctor? Very nice...felt like he was shooting in the dark re treatment though. Not thrilled being left with keeiloid. Never happened with any other dermo.

I have been to Dr. Saadat for a few visits, some for checkups to make sure any spots aren't cancer, and also for botox injections. I have found him to be extremely pleasant and knowledgeable, as well as sensitive and caring. He took the time and care to not bruise me when injecting botox and the results were excellent. His staff were very welcoming and I left the office feeling very happy. His prices are VERY reasonable compared to other doctors I have been to. I highly recommend him to all my friends!

I had some bacterial infection on my tongue for quite sometime, around 4-5 months, before I met himI tried all different over the counter and prescribed medications and non of them worked, until I visited Dr. Saadat.Since the infection was not going away, I started to be alarmed and concerned. I thought it might be cancer or some other serious problem.He checked the infection, took a sample for biopsy and after couple of days, he told me "Don't Worry, It is absolutely not Cancer", Woo, that was a relief"With a compound cream and mouth wash, it all went away in less than a week.He also took a blood sample to make sure I dont have any internal infections, which happened to be all fine.I thoroughly admire and respect his knowledge, adept diagnoses and professional caring.His follow-up and attention to my problem was honestly something that I haven't seen from other health professional I had met before.Thanks Dr. Saadat

I agree with you. I would rather pay extra to have a great experience in any situation whether a restaurant, hairslylist, manicurist, and especially a cosmetic dermatologist. I too had an awful experience with this "doctor." I went in for a minor procedure and during the consultation he was very dry, arrogant almost demeaning in a sense. I think this person is in the wrong field Dr. Saadat has no people skills what so ever. I will NEVER go back there again!!

I truly believe from my personal experience that Dr. Saadat is one of the best dermatologists practicing in Los Angeles. He is very professional as well as amicable, and demonstrates great knowledge and experience in his field. I am a recent dental school graduate and the stress and constant mask-wearing during clinic time took a tole on my skin. My acne was the worst it had ever been and my self confidence was very low at this point. I tried everything, even proactiv, and nothing seemed to work. I had been to other dermatologists in the past but nothing really worked. But Dr. Saadat's approach in tackling my acne worked! He is very knowledgeable about all the latest acne products and which products work best for the individual. He started out with topical as well as systemic/oral medication to cover all the bases in acne fighting and eventually had me only using a topical treatment as my skin began clearing up. He determined the best treatment options for me based on what worked best for my skin, which he was very in tune to. Within a couple weeks, my skin dramatically improved and now it is the clearest it has ever been. Now I get compliments about my skin all the time. I barely wear any make up now. I never knew my skin could be this clear but now I realize it is because I hadn't found the right dermatologist. I am also getting married in a couple months and my skin has cleared up just in time for one of the most important days of my life. And for that, I will always be grateful to Dr. Saadat.

Dr. Sadaat is an amazing dermatologist! He cleared up my acne in just a couple of months. I had been suffering from acne for many years and my acne got worse when I started dental school, especially from wearing a mask on my face all the time. Dr. Sadaat has a lot of knowledge about current acne fighting systems and tackled my acne problem from various angles (topically, systemically, and through clinical procedures) until my acne went away. He also has great chairside manners and made me feel very comfortable. I have had clear skin ever since and I would not trust anyone else with my skin. I want to thank Dr. Sadaat for helping me and clearing up my skin and bringing back my confidence, especially right before my wedding!

I have seen Dr. Saadat for dysport and lip injections. I must say, Im in lovewith my own face, that is. My results have been amazing. The dysport injections in my forehead and frown lines have made such a difference in my overall appearance. Dr. Saadat always injects the perfect amountnever too, much never too little. It lasts at least 4 months every time; and the price is extremely reasonable compared to most derms in Beverly Hills and the surrounding area. As to the restylane lip injectionaaa-mazing! He injects exactly the right amount in exactly the right spots for gorgeous, natural looking lips. I've had zero complicationsthat is, no bruising, perfect symmetry, and no swelling. Dr. Saadat is very smart, precise and has a definite eye for beauty. He always seems to know exactly what I need and more importantly, he delivers. I would not go to any other doctor for my skin and cosmetic concerns. I recommended Dr. Saadat to a friend of mine who has had a similarly positive experience. In addition, Dr. Saadats staff is very kind and professional. They are always able to fit me in for quick appointments and the wait time is minimalno more than 5-10 minutes. Highly recommended.

This is the first time I have ever taken the time to write a BAD review. I scheduled an appointment with this doctor based on a special they were running. Before I scheduled the appointment I asked if they were running any specials on the filler I was interested in and they informed me of a special that sounded absolutely amazing to me. I wanted to be very clear about the special before wasting anybody`s time as it sounded too good to be true. The special was buy one get one free. They were very clear that I could purchase both and could save the second filler for when I needed it. I kept asking if there were any catches and they said no. I was told that the other doctor whom I have not met verified this. So I go to my appointment and had to wait one full hour before I was called to see the doctor. He then tells me that there is NO WAY they could honor what I was told over the phone and it says on the special \"treatments must be done in the same appointment\". So I did not have this flyer for this special and only called to find out if they were running any specials as I found this doctor on my insurance website as one of my providers. I was hoping that I could use them through my insurance for dermatology issues that I have as well. This doctor had no bed side manners whatsoever. With no emotions at all he told me that he was sorry that I was misinformed and that I wouldn`t be charged the 150 office visit after waiting an hour and still having to pay for parking which was 9. How generous of him. Then as I was leaving he asked the front desk if this is what I was told and they verified it and mentioned that the other doctor had told them this as well. Even after they verified it the best he could offer was just buying the one for the same price that it would of cost for two which made no sense at all. That price is easy to find especially with all the holiday specials that are being offered. At that point, even if he offered it for free there would be no way I would let that doctor come near me. It was very clear that I was upset and still they let me leave their office that way. I had told them that I am a very busy business woman and that it was very hard for me to make time for this appointment. I did not mention that the drive took me over 45 minutes but that would not have made any difference anyway. I was going through some emotional matters and was looking forward to this boost. I have no problem at all with the fine print if they had told me about it before I made the appointment and drove all the way there.The fact that it was verified what I was told over the phone and nothing was done about it is complete unprofessionalism especially from a physician.The doctor`s room I was put in was very cold, but nowhere near as cold as the doctor was himself. There are many offers out there and even if you have to pay a little more to have a friendly understanding doctor it is worth it.
