I was seen by an NP, rarely by her. my mucus plug came out and there was light bleeding and strong sharp pains in my pelvis. she sent me home.Then i had my baby the next day. due date constantly switched. To top it all off she had the nerve to be in the clinic instead of delivering my child herself. i was there for twelve hours before the baby came.

Front office staff are rude,ignorant and complicate the whole process to get appt. I believe they are unqualified to represent such a dedicated and wonderful Dr.If I'd decide to change obgyn it would be because of these careless people who work with Dr. Velasco..
