Saw this doctor and learned I had been misdiagnosed by two prior doctors. Was told I should not let my condition linger and I needed to see a specialist in Akron because the only other surgeon specializing in my condition was in Canton but booked too far out. My referral never came despite me calling this doctor office three times. It has now been a month and no one has scheduled me. While I appreciate being told my actual condition by this doctor I do not believe he cared enough to take care of me.

He is a caring doctor and takes time to explain things to you. He has treated my husband for bowel obstructions. Definitely recommend him!

Follow-up visit from surgery by L. Cougnlin who is no longer with the Mercy Surgical Care group. Dr. Boutsicaris was very receptive to my questions and provided all answers in addition to helpful suggestions for my continued recovery. Highly recommended for future association as needed.

Great surgeon very respectful. And talks to you with respect and try to schedule surgery as soon as he can. Great guy would highly recommend

He saved my mom's life. She went to the hospital with a hernia and he discovered she had Stage 3 cancer. He performed the surgery to remove all of her cancer with very minimal scarring and 4 years later she is still cancer free.
