Does not allow staff to answer phones, you may only leave a message on a voicemail and it can take a week for someone to return the call, BUT Dr Gross feels it is ok for him to take private phone calls in the middle of your appt (e.g., wife, dentist). Would only provide solution of putting Vaseline on the problem on my eyes which increased they problem.....went to another doctor and he gave me a Rx eye wash which eradicated the problem in one day.

I'm having a problem with floaters - annoying and causing headaches, but I can't get a morning appointment for over a month. Obviously too busy for new patients.
