Dr,Bruno is one of the best doctors he is a miracle doctor

Have been a patient of Dr Bruno for years- He is thorough- a good listener-and a doctor who clearly wants the best for his patients ..His diagnostic ability is extensive.i would recommend him as a physician and a person.

Dr Bruno himself is am excellent physician, however his staff is discourteous, mocking and downright rude. The office manager is no better. I've had great difficulty making appointments, and the staff has lost a good chunk of my medical records.

Lately all he looks at you as is dollar signs. Unfortunately Dr. Bruno does not genuinely care for the patient. Terrible front desk staff might I add.

Good doctor -- bad front desk. I've been a patient for several years. The front desk staff is out of control and I don't know why it's tolerated. Every time I go, it's the same -- constantly chatting, laughing -- very unprofessional. Coleen is smart but doesn't know how to behave in an office -- loud, curses. He could eliminate at least one person if they focused on their jobs instead of playing. It's also frustrating to keep calling and calling and no one answers the phone -- or to typically wait at least one hour, which is less frustrating because once I do get to see Dr. Bruno, he'll spend as much time with me as I need and I value his opinion.

I've been a patient with Peter Bruno for a while now and in the last two years it became extremely difficult to make appointments as in nobody picks up the phone when you calling to make an appointment. If you manage to get an appointment you have to wait to see the doctor for 2-3 hours and then you get to spend 5-10 min with the doctor. After you get your blood work done, neither nurse nor doctor will call you and you can leave messages but you will not get a phone call back unless the results are really terrible. My experience has been deeply disappointing.

Going to him 16 yrs..and I'd rather fight than change!

I have been a patient for 25 years. Even after I moved to the suburbs, I have continued to see him. He is a solid physician, and his referrals have been terrific. Like all physicians, his schedule is tight, but I don't feel like I get squeezed during consultations.Before I move on, I hope to some day see the practice automated with digital patient records, and a new phone system. It's this fantasy I keep having.

The office staff here is the worst. They never answer the phone and do not return messages. Hence - you can never get an appointment. They staff is rude, uncaring and generally treat the patients like they could care less. It is amazing that Dr. Bruno has any patients at all. It was not always this way - but lately it has been a nightmare dealing with this practce. So - never again - I will find another doctor and tell anyones hwo cares to STAY AWAY!!

Excellent physician, who once saw me in the office on a Saturday (when the office was closed). Goes the extra mile to help his patients.
