I've seen Dr. Daley about 6 times over the past 4 years. Initially the wait times were very long, but over the past year (3 visits), I didn't have to wait much at all. I know his patient base tends to be more complicated, hence more emergencies can happen and hence the longer wait times--which is not his fault in the case of emergencies. Great doctor!

I waited for over 1.5 hours and never saw the Dr Daly. I ended up leaving due to another commitment. Staff and office were completely unprofessional and not helpful. All I heard was he is running late and will see you in 10 minutes which turned into 45.

although he is an excellent physician, you have to wait 2-3 hours before you get seen despite having a scheduled appointment
