I walked out of my last appointment with this office without ever seeing the Dr. I told the nurse I have an issue with needles and she laughed at me. He came into my first appointment with food all over his tie (ew) and tried to use scare tactics to talk me into surgery. Found a much better doctor elsewhere.

Dr. Garcia is personable, capable and knowledgable. He takes time with his patients, answers questions, and is quite easy to work with. I highly recommend him.

My son had many ear infections in his young years, he had tubes put it finally. We had to go see Dr. Garcia for follow ups, my son was terrified to have him look into his ear. We went multiple times and Dr. Garcia was not patient with my child. Eventually, we had to go into prompt care one evening because my son's ears were hurting so bad, a WONDERFUL PA saw my son, took an extra 15 minutes with us and was able to look in his ears. We haven't had a problem with it since. If he had taken an extra few minutes to be kind and patient with a frighten child we would still be his patient.

excellent doctor for treating mieners disease of the ear. Forward thinking. Not afraid to be aggressive. Explains your options and discusses your choice.

The staff recognizes my teen daughter and relates to her as she is the patient. Dr. Garcia relates to my daughter, makes her feel at ease at tells her terms she understands what he is doing, what to expect and what after care she is responsible to complete. The visit time is lengthy but I assume doctor spends the time with others that he has spent with my daughter

He takes a long time to see you. He doesn't look at you when I comes in the office. I tried to explain my symptoms to him; He doesn't listen. He like to be the one talking. Doesn't give you any warning what hie is going to do to you. I left their without any answers. Wouldn't run tests to see what the problem was. I will never go back to him and I would tell other people not to go. It was a waste of my time and money.
