This is the first time I saw Dr Varner Since my prior physician had left his practice and I chose Dr Varner for my new Dr. He was very thorough, took his time and listened to all my concerns. He also explained options available to me for my care. I was very impressed with him and am happy I chose him. Office staff were also very nice

My experience with the Doctor and his office's was horrible. I was calling on behalf of my father who is mentally incapacitated and my mother who was my father's primary care giver who was hospitalized. I left numerous messages (7-8 messages over a five to six day period) and sent several faxes to the office requesting that the doctor fill out some forms regarding my father's condition. I offered to bring my father in if the doctor needed to see him to fill out the forms. I never once got a call back or any other form of response. I feel the doctor and his staff are pathetic at there work and violated the first principle of medicine--- Do No Harm Sincerely frustrated
