If you value your life, don't come here!
I will not recommend this Doctor. Certain Doctors are great in treating certain conditions, but not all. Mostly what everyone is saying about Dr. Kennedy and his staff, are true. He isn't very knowledgeable about all conditions. You ask him questions regarding your conditions, he can barely answer your questions. He is uncaring and is a bit rude. He does rushes out when you aren't even finished asking him questions. He takes a year just to diagnose you, run all of these tests, just for his tests to come out negative. His tests come out negative because he didn't take the tests right. You are suppose to advise your patient not to take their medicine the night before, like fasting for blood work. He failed to do that. So therefore, your tests results will come out negative, if there's medicine in your system. He then pushes you to another Neurologist, just to take the same painful tests all over again. Their tests come out positive because they will tell you that your doctor may not have taken the tests correctly. If you're in need of outside treatment, they take 30 days to act on it, only to turn around to refuse the treatment, that you requested, for no reason at all. I had to seek other specialists for my symptoms in which they were more knowledgeable than him, when they weren't even treating me for this condition. Where there's NO LEADERSHIP, the staff will follow. The staff is highly UNORGANIZED, and UNPROFESSIONAL. You can barely reach them because at times they do not answer the phones. Don't waste your time leaving messages, because they never return your calls. They place you on hold for long periods of time. Dr. Kennedy will never call his patients, like other professional Doctors. You know it's time to seek another/better Physician when other companies whom are helping you with an outside RX, are complaining. They're telling me that you need to get you another Doctor. Your Doctor's office is so unprofessional. They had me on hold for over 30 minutes, I have left messages and they never returned any of my calls. It's only common sense that they shouldn't have the patient doing their job. Not once did they care to call the company themselves to speak to them one on one to resolve any issues. When a person is sick, you're struggling with your health everyday as it is. Who needs to be involved with unprofessional people, to further complicate things, bringing on unnecessary stress. The doctors and staff are a team to make their patients lives more convenient, relaxing, for our bodies to bring forth healing. A patient should not have to be picking up the phone constantly, calling adults in a medical profession, to make sure that they're doing their job accordingly. They seriously need to be evaluated by the state.

Dr. Kennedy takes his time and explains things so you can gasp them, not talking over your head. Has a great personality, pleasant, and he listens.

I was really impressed with Dr. Kennedy. I was excited to find a great Dr. However, his staff is terrible. Confusion over insurance, calls not returned timely or at all, left on hold over 30 minutes at a time, given one explanation one day and different explanation on the same matter on a different day, the person that "handles" the business is always "out of the office" or "already gone." I've waited 23 days for a simple matter to be handled so I can pursue treatment. It is ridiculous! I will have to find another physician.

Business and politics should never mix. Dr. Kennedy's paranoid views regarding Obamacare the IRS and privacy were enough to have me running for the door. Read his "Welcome" letter carefully before proceeding. It's no wonder I could get a "new patient" appointment within 24 hrs. Needless to say I won't be seeing him again.

Dr. Kennedy is a wonderful Dr. He's very thorough & really cares about his patients. I have seen him for at least 6 + yrs. I would highly recommend him.
