There is not a more caring, kind and empathetic neurologist that I have seen in 50 years of migraine/headache issues. Dr. Vaillancourt listens carefully, and offers intelligent insight and solutions. I highly recommend him to my friends and family.

This practice is a huge joke! You can never get anyone on the phone. You call they pass you around for 20 minutes and then always hang up on you. They don't call back. Then you try and try and try to get someone just to make an appointment on a weekday while the office is open Monday you. If you want games on the phone, this place is great. If you want basic care to make an appointment. Stay far away from his practice. He's responsible for the front that always fails and when you do get through. They're rude and nasty to talk to. Run away from here!

He doesn't listen, he is rude, he doesn't seem to know what he is talking about and says odd things

He is rude, doesn't listen to what you tell him, seems unable to diagnosis the problem. Just stay away.

I first met Dr. Vaillencourt under emergency conditions and found him to be promptly attentive. Once my diagnosis was confirmed by MRI the day after our first meeting, Dr. Vaillencourt called me personally after hours to make sure that I went to the hospital to receive proper care for my condition.

Love this physician! He is empathetic, professional and knowledgable. I cannot say enough about Dr. V, who has been treating me for a difficult condition for almost 2 years. He goes above and beyond to get me information and answers. Thank goodness we have doctors of his quality!
