She delayed testing for malfunctioning gall bladder and when she finally ordered the test it was discovered the ejection fraction was 9.5..gallbladder was removed. In the letter was a written script for potassium prescribed after I told her I believed my potassium was low due to a prescribed HCTZ tablet to treat high blood pressure. Labs proved I was correct. I had low potassium and instead of calling to tell me and calling in the prescription, she writes me a letter and sends it in the mail.
