Simply super patient friendly. You are allowed to express your illness and discuss thread bare. You are made to feel achieving relief while on dialogue. You are given adequate time to recall and pour your distress. In treatment procedure you are able to express your views. While on end you have the satisfaction you are partially treated. A win win situation while closing the consultation. NES

She simply does NOT care about her patients. I wish I could give her zero star. I’ve been out of medication for days. I tried to contact her with no luck. The pharmacy tried to contact her with no luck . She simply does NOT care. On top of that, after being hospitalized, I’ve been trying to ask for referral to be seen by a specialist for the past 3 months. However, once again, it is impossible to reach her. Overall, her quality of patient care is “careless” and horrible.

This doctor reschedules and drops appointments with no consideration to the patient, even if the patient is going through something serious or if they are having worrying symptoms. Her bedside manner and telephone manner are horrible. She calls outside of the appointment time and asks you why you are calling and what she should be doing even if you have talked to her recently. When you remind her what the appointment is for, she gets frustrated and annoyed, or even yells at you. She talks over you and will not let you respond, and treats you like you are dumb if you ask for explanations of things. When you call out her behavior (in a calm and professional manner), she will yell at you and drop you. She has no actual care for her patients. She is super unprofessional and should go to a cultural competency class.

my pharmacy and the hospital reps have both reached out to my doctor's clinic about a prescription refill and the pharmacy has yet to hear back from the dr about refill approval. it says my current prescription doesnt expire until nov 19 so why isn't she approving the refill? terrible experience. and at this point i have to go down to the express clinic to get a refill and then ill be changing doctors. beware of this to avoid my stressful experience!

You are great dr priya Rajkumar. You are alive god to me . You help me alots in my bad health condition. I never forget your help dr. I m gonna miss you dr.
