I am sooooo grateful to have Dr Desai and Jeff Grimm and Dr Fischer at restorePdx as my Drs. They take time and listen and then they dig into their huge tool bags and help. They help me feel impowered to be strong and healthy and they are always there to support. I have an autoimmune disease Sjogrens and many joint issues. PRP is so amazing it's almost magic. Their kindness and compassion and knowledge amaze me. Because of Dr Desai my husband was able to make a very special bucket list trip to Africa and raft the Zambezi river. Which meant climbing down to the river from Victoria falls height, go thru numerous raging rapids and hike back out again. The amazing thing is that about 4 months before this adventure my husband had bulging discs that made it almost impossible for him to even walk! This is such a big deal because he died a year later from prostate cancer. Thank you Dr Desai

It took me 3 weeks to get an appointment. I was suffering from knee pain. Though I had MRI, doctor asked to get new one done. Instead of referring me to orthopedic surgeon, he did his own over analysis and said I have symptoms of osteoarthritis, recommended to get hyaluronic acid injections for 3 weeks. Later treatments would be PRP, stem cell. Hyaluronic acid injections did not help and he said he doesn't know the reason. After insisting a lot, he recommended to orthopedic surgeon. Surgeon- for a minor damage recommended a surgeory which would take 1 year to heal. Fortunately I happened to take opinions from other 2 orthopedic surgeons who said there is no structural issue but IT band is very tight. I went through a trauma for 6 months when Dr. Desai said I have OA. Sometimes foot joints used to hurt even after minor physical therapy and I would be depressed thinking I have OA/RA. The diagnosis was totally false.

Dr. Desai is one of the most compassionate people I have met. He really cares about his patients and consistently goes a step beyond the patients expectation of care!

Dr Desai and his staff are wonderful. I previously gave him a negative review. Based on a misunderstanding on my part. He is very thorough with a high level of expertice. I will forever be grateful for what he did to help my daughter after she broke her leg.
