This doctor was great. He knew exactly what to do. I would definitely recommend his office to anyone and I will be visiting his office again.

They have been very helpful with my situation, family matters and very.helpful with my situation, the nurse practitioner Mickie is one of the best, she will listen to you more then the others...great staff...The bad..prescription ology. Makes no sense. But Dr Jones is very helpful...

You see the doctor ...in order to get your medicine you have to go upstairs to see a pharmacologist.. Which they are very rude...after waiting up there for at least 30 minutes then you have another 45 minute wait in the pharmacy... This doctors office is a joke..the pharmacologist asks you the same questions that the doctor just did...what is the point of the pharmacologist?

Expect a long wait. Also, the building is outdated and is run down inside. You have to sit in hard orange chairs from the 70's. There are signs like, "don't ask where you are in line to be seen"- not very patient friendly. The office staff seem annoyed and sad. My calls are not returned concerning health questions. There is a pharmacy in the basement and expect issues with the medical assistant "forgetting" to call down your medication after you've been waiting. There have been many times I've had to be the one to straighten out medication issues (wrong dose, etc.) between the pharmacy and doctor. Don't expect pharmacy to call doctor upstairs to check on medication. They ask patient to look into issues when they should be calling the doctor. Pharmacy is not eager to help. Also, expect the doctor to give no refills even on medication that is NOT controlled. They want you to come in every month- more money for them and more hassle and time consuming for patient. Bathroom stinks- every time I've used it. Also, tons of cigarette butts and litter outside to entrance. So, beware!

DR NEWMAN IS THE BEST DR AT THIS LOCATION BEEN SEEING HIM SINCE I WAS 8YEARS OLD SAME SERVICE EVERY SINCE!!!!!!

beware mr timothy landers is rude a one a be doctor cuts peoples pain meds for no good reason karma will get him sooner then later I would not send a dog to him dr newman need to let him go befor he has no more business left he takes pain meds his self the da will be haveing a talk with him soon so he can see how it fills when he is in a lot of pain when he is cut off

no no no no he gives people pain meds that don't need it, turns them into drugies and then have them come every to weeks for fix <refill>

Dr Newman himself does a good job but the other medical staff isn't very good or friendly. The front office staff is great, very professional..
