We waited for over 3 hours for the doctor to tell us he couldn't do anything for my husband's infected toe. Then our insurance was billed for over $400. Sice his staff filed the claim as outpatient instead of office visit, we have to foot this bill as part of our deductible. The worst medical experience I've hever had!
