First of all as soon as you enter the office you realize that the staff is NOT friendly instead very rude and the facilities have everywhere very rude signs about where to put your baby's diaper when you change it.The receptionist is very rude not greets you and looks dirty.The wait is ridiculous compared to the minimum time the doctor spends with you,he try not to talk or ask a lot, acts as if he were tired and as if it's not a big deal your child's illnessAll medical assistants who work there wear acrylic nails really long nails, at a doctor's office which I find distasteful and unsanitary to work in a place where your children are checked and touch like a lot of other children the same day with various diseases all of this wearing those nasty nails. Save your self time and a really hard time with this really rude staff and not to much attentive doctor.

Very good doctor, unfortunately his office staff lacks the sensitivity and professionalism towards his customers. I think the office staff will benefit greatly from a customer service training to promotes positive attitudes in the workplace. The staff made me feel very uncomfortable at each visit so I decided to change doctors.
