Have you seen Dr. Raymond Wong?
June 30th, 2016
The doctor has good bedside manners and is nice but the office is a joke. The wait each time is over 2 hours. The office workers are incompetent. One of the staff didn't know whether the appointment was for a eye scan or to hear results. Turns out they missed a scan. They need more professional and knowledgeable office workers and should consider that time to the patients matter. Having every patient wait over 2 hours is ridiculous.
January 17th, 20133 hour wait for a 10 min visit with the doctor
If possible the rating would be - 5. I don't care what kind of thorough specialist he is, but for an appointment at 4pm and the doctor didn't see my mom until 7pm. She only saw the doctor for 10 mins. When I inquired with the receptionist about what exams were being done that required over 3 hour wait. Her response was he's very thorough and everyone waits that long to see him. No one else is complaining and they still come back. WHAT THE HECK IS THAT?!?! I suspect he orders a lot of unnecessary tests that fattens his wallet and don't care how long the patients have to wait. His time is precious, the patients isnt??? That is just plain RUDE!!! I've seen other specialist before and their wait time has NEVER been this long. That's the wait time you would expect at an emergency room. DO NOT GO TO HIM!!!!!
