Worse front desk staff ever.

The staff are rude and unprofessional. They talk bad about their patients. They will hang up or refuse to take a call if the client is upset. Dr. Hesse does not take the time to diagnose correctly leading to permanent damage and problems. He does not care that his staff is treating his patients badly. They have more than once prescribed medication that the patient are allergic to and then will not apologize for the mistakes. Do not let your elderly family use this practice if you care for them!!!
