I received so much misinformation from his staff and wasted an entire day waiting for my appointment

for the first time in 8 years I am, once again, working in my garden. Thank You Dr Koch and your staff for giving me my life back.

had tkr 1 yr ago. can't wait to do the other knee. I got my life back, even with just one knee done, can't wait for the future to begin !

Very nice guy very thorough,had surgery a week and a half ago.Very little swelling no infection clean work.I saw other reviews that say he doesn't talk to patients totally disagree .He explained everything I knew it could be simple or more complex depending on what they saw especially considering how long my knee has been injured.

So unkind, would never have subjected myself to this kind of abuse if it where not for personal friends that have been medical associates. That did not account for any better treatment after surgery. I feel like I've been through an abusive relationship and am really looking forward to ending it.

Staff is aggressive and unfriendly.

he will give you a poor diagnosis because he will be in a hurry after you waited for about an hour for appoitment.

I had an appointment so I drove the hour and a half it takes me to get to his office. When I got there, his receptionist told me I had no appointment. When I showed her my appointment card they had given me previously, confirming that I did in fact have an appointment that day, she acted very rude and argumentative. I had to wait a very long time until I was even able to see Dr. Koch, and when I did, I felt he was very brief and not very thorough. As his patient, I felt overall that he did not care too much.
