Dr. Wolf is personable; however, my experience with him was profoundly disappointing. He performed a conventional full replacement on my right shoulder. Initially, the first eight weeks post-operation seemed to progress well, but then I began experiencing significant pain, and my physical therapy progress regressed. Dr. Wolf suggested that the issue might stem from nerves in my neck. I also noticed that my bicep appeared misaligned and inquired about it. Dr. Wolf attributed this to a blood clot, assuring me it would resolve over time.? Following nerve diagnostics, arthritis was detected in my neck, but nothing that would impact my shoulder. Dr. Wolf maintained that my condition would improve. After another month of persistent pain and limited mobility, I sought second and third opinions. Both surgeons concurred that the ball used in my shoulder replacement was incorrectly sized, being too large, which led to a tear in my rotator cuff. They also confirmed that my bicep was improperly… attached at the top of the muscle.? I had to wait for my rotator cuff to heal before undergoing a revision surgery. Fortunately, the second procedure was successful; the surgeons performed a reverse replacement and were able to reuse the stem. According to the new surgeon, this approach should have been taken initially.? I share this experience as a cautionary tale—please exercise due diligence when selecting your orthopedic surgeon.

Dr. Wolfe is a very caring and down to earth Dr. that we need more of in today’s world! He replaced my knee explaining from day one right to surgery how things would go and checking up to see how I was afterwards. Helping me and my husband with our other issues that have arisen and has shown great care! Premier is the only place we will go for any serious bone issues!

I had heard horror stories about the pain after rotator cuff surgery and I experienced no difficulties. I took pain medicine for a few days post op, applied ice as prescribed, and was fine. People asked me, “how long was it before I could lay down in my bed?” My response was, the night after surgery. Dr Raymond Wolfe is first a great guy . His manner is one of being your friend . Very down to earth, he takes his time and LISTENS to you and your concerns . As far as avsurgereon he is unsurpassed again I have had multiply surgeries from Dr. Wolfe again he comes in puts you at ease before the procedure. In the operating room as your about to pass out he reassured you. I have complete confidence and no concerns about Dr . Wolfe

Dr. Wolfe is the best doctor I have ever seen. He repaired most of my left arm. Even my primary was in AWW because of the amount of movement I have.
