Nice Doc, unfriendly staff
I give Dr Shirley 4 stars when it comes to answering questions, discussing treatment plans, and bedside manner. However, the ladies who work the front desk at the Sugar Land office are not personable and are unfriendly.

This doctor was more interested in filling out his forms on his laptop. He had his back to me for almost 2 hours, was not interested in listening and offered no solution much less empathy for my medical challenge. I was extremely disappointed and angered by his lack of concern, his "bedside" manner and his overall demeanor. Having worked in healthcare for 40 years, I expect more from an "expert". I would not recommend this man to anyone.

I have repeatedly waited over an hour (almost two hours on one occasion) for Dr. Shirley after being taken back to a room. His time management skills are TERRIBLE and I will no longer be using his services.
