I have to use a catheter to deal with my SCI; when a suprapubic type was not working as expected, she proposed the quick and correct decision for me to use a foley catheter. She fully involved me and my wife in this decision, which has resulted in less pain and an improved ability to complete my many therapies and activities. Her staff is always gracious and available.

Dr. Hovey was so accurate with her diagnosis and continues with my care. I was so grateful she saw me in an emergency and I am fortunate in having her as my doctor. Very kind and caring.

Dr. Hovey listens very attentively to all you have to say and is able to diagnose your problem correctly and accurately. She then is able to know what tests or medications might be the best option for you, she doesn't just guess, she knows!!

Dr. Hovey is an exceptional urologist. She listens well and is attentive. She is the Best urologist I have been to.

I have not seen this doctor for at least 15 years, she was very helpful with the condition I had.

Doctor Hovey looks at all aspects of the patient, so even if there was a wait, or if someone with the office staff had a bad day, It is well worth the wait to have a doctor with as much experience and knowlege as this doctor has.
