Dr. Rene Aurelio Reyes, MD

I am a new pt of Dr. Reyes; I came to his practice because he could refer to a specific specialist. I have had several good PCPs, but Dr. Reyes is one of the "Top Two." Dr. Reyes listens to the pt and explains what he believes to be the problem and how to address it. The office staff, like the practitioner, is in the "Top Two"; really great. I would change Advantage providers to stay with this practice.

I have been a Reyes & Reyes patient since 1Q19. The doctor (Rene Reyes) and I understand each other, a major plus. His front office staff is //excellent.// The office is responsive, professional, and polite. Requests for referrals are handled as quickly as the insurer allows -- the practice seems to have a good relationship with my Medicare Advantage plan so referrals arrive in a timely manner. Parking used to be a problem; now there is free valet parking. I am well pleased with this practice.

Dr. Reyes is a good doctor, but his staff is very bad, they don't do their job, and they are very rude, terrible costumer service

I have been going to Dr Reyes since about 2005 or more, I am so happy to find someone as caring and knowledgable, when I had appendix out he came to see me at the hospital. I fully trust him with my care and the rest if my family. I have referred about 6 people who also appreciate him. I have NEVER encountered any one rude at his office . I hope to keep him as long as possible for my medical care.

I have been a patient of Dr Reyes for several years and could not be happier. Office runs sooth and efficient, Dr Reyes takes time to listen to my concerns and addresses them with a professional and caring demeanor. He takes great pride in his responsibility as an MD and at the same time respects his patients. I would highly recommend him as a physician,

Dr. Reyes had a strange bedside manner. He makes you feel like he's mocking and ridiculing you. He made me feel like my concerns were insignificant, and I don't feel like he can properly diagnose a condition with his unconcerned attitude.

EXCELENT

I've been a patient for a while and am looking to change. The staff is rude and my insurance requires referrals and I have to constantly chase them down to the last minute. I don't think the staff even cares that the patient is wasting their time as they seem indifferent. I like the doctor but I think he is overbooked which makes everything seemed rushed.
